      Genicci does not charge shipping costs for exchanging and returning your orders. The exception to this is when you order multiple items and decide to keep 1 item below Euro 50. In that case we charge Euro 4.95 shipping costs. We will settle this with the amount to be credited. You have the right to withdraw from the agreement within 14 days without giving reasons. The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, acquires physical possession of the good.

    • Exchange procedure

      We advise you to place a new order for the item you want to receive. This way you will receive the item as quickly as possible. This way you can enjoy the products you ordered as quickly as possible.
